Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of widgetsify.com and its tools — Instagram Widget, MultiPin Map and SEO Audit (together, the "Service").
Widgetsify is a property of Saint Art Designs. The Service is operated by Bojan Jovanovic ("we", "us", "the Seller"), an individual/sole trader based in Serbia.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Widgetsify provides embeddable website widgets:
- Instagram Widget — a curated showcase of public Instagram posts you choose, not an automatic feed
- MultiPin Map — a manually-built location map based on OpenStreetMap
- SEO Audit — an automated audit report for a URL you provide
Each tool has a Free plan with usage limits (widgets, items per widget, monthly views or daily scans) and a Pro plan, billed monthly per tool, which raises those limits and removes "Powered by Widgetsify" branding.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Guests may try the widget/map builders without an account; content is only permanently saved to your account once you register or log in.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- embed or scan content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to publish;
- attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or domain locks;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service's infrastructure;
- use the SEO Audit tool against websites you don't have permission to scan (it only performs read-only checks, but please scan responsibly).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Third-party content (Instagram)
The Instagram Widget lets you embed links to public Instagram posts. You are responsible for having the right to display any content you add. Widgetsify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram content is displayed via publicly available embed mechanisms and may become unavailable if the original post is deleted, made private, or if Instagram changes its embed behavior — this is outside our control.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid (Pro) subscriptions are billed monthly, per tool, and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record — meaning Paddle, not Widgetsify, is the seller of record for your purchase, handles your payment details, invoices, and applicable sales tax/VAT. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's "Manage Subscription" button — access continues until the end of the paid period, with no further charges after that.

6. Free plan
The Free plan is provided as-is, with the limits displayed in your dashboard and on the pricing page at the time. We may adjust Free plan limits going forward; changes will not retroactively delete your existing widgets.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you enter into the Service (post links, pin details, map configuration). You grant us a limited license to store and display that content as configured by you, solely to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Widgetsify and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
